Growing up in the inner cities of America, traveling the world seemed like an impossible dream. Making it home alive from traveling across town was a challenge enough, how could one even imagine something more than that. One day Quartz decided to drop everything they own and go against the odds of pursuing their dream of exploring the entire globe. With the belief that with just a blanket and a cardboard sign one can change the world, Quartz embarked on a world wide journey starting out on the Appalachian Trial to Maine, hitching hiking across the country to California, and traveling back east to return home in Atlanta. The secret that Quartz learned is to find the love and positivity in any situation and the love and positivity will find you. When other’s don’t have the space to fully heal and be themselves, it makes it harder to find even the basic joys in life. Quartz vowed to bring an end to the disarray in the world by helping those find peace within themselves, thus starting the FreeWATER Organization to create Freedom For All.
